What is our purpose?

Adoption Web Link is not an agency. We are a nationwide networking organization whose primary concern is for young women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy - and for the infant who is the focal person in the mother's pregnancy. It is our conviction that an unplanned pregnancy does not have to mean an unwanted baby.

We realize that many young women have been advised that the only alternative to single parenting is abortion. We believe, and many post-abortive women confirm, that while abortion may seem to provide an immediate remedy for crisis situations, it's aftermath frequently results in long-lasting burden and grief.

Adoption Web Link is here to provide a truly viable alternative. We provide Christian love to the young woman....and support her efforts to continue her pregnancy while providing for her child's future and her life. Adoption Web Link is unapologetically pro-life. We are committed to the dual purpose of safeguarding the total well-being of both the Birth Mother and that of her baby. When it is needed most, the Network provides tangible Christian compassion and love to single women making difficult decisions regarding her unborn child. Recognizing that the choice for adoption carries significant emotional overtones, the mother-to-be will be referred to agencies/counselors experienced in preparing women for the adoption process. We want to give her a smile when she has the least to laugh about....to become a trusted friend who she can freely talk....to provide assurance that she is not alone.
