Dear Birthmother,

Hi, our names are Daryl and Deanna. We would like to first thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your child. We know this has to be one of the most difficult decisions in your life and we can't even imagine your thoughts. I have tried to ask myself if I were in your situation what would be some of the questions that I would want answered by the adoptive parents. We hope that this letter will help you in your decision.

Daryl and I have been married for thirteen years. He is 36 and I am 34. We are best-friends and love being together. Daryl enjoys fishing, hunting, going to the beach and singing. I love being outside playing in my flowers, going to the beach and playing with our dogs. We have a 30 acre farm so there is a lot of room to play. We have two dogs, a cat, some chickens(for Fresh Eggs), and a couple of pet turkeys. All the children at church love to come get their haircut and play with the animals. We have a good time.

We go to a church that is less than five minutes away. It has a lot of young people and children in it. I am a Sunday School teacher for sixth graders and also womens mission director. Daryl is Sunday School Superintendent and sings with a gospel group. They made their first cassette last year. Daryl has a job that he loves and has recently been promoted again. I am hairdresser and have a shop at home. I have recently changed my hours and schedule so that I can be a full time mom. We are very excited about adopting. We have tried unsuccessfully for ten years to get pregnant. We both feel that God has a child or children for us and we know that adoption is the answer to our prayers. We want you to know that we plan to tell the child that he/she was adopted from a wonderful person who wanted the best possible life for their baby. We will raise this child in a loving Christian home and do our best to give them good values, education, stability, guidance and so much love.
